About the course
The MEL lets an aircraft fly safely with defined items inoperative, under clear and approved conditions; redundancy is used deliberately, never by guesswork.
The course covers the MEL concept, the regulatory framework, item structure and philosophy, NEF and CDL, using the MEL at dispatch, and intervals, extensions and amendments.
